Watch the portions of food that you eat. One way to do it without having to weigh everything out is to cut your portions in half. Cutting the portions in half means cutting your calories in half! If you still feel hungry, drink some water or munch on an apple to fill that empty spot!

Another thing that you can do to help weight loss is to exercise! You don’t have to work out all day long but set aside some time to go for a walk around the block, or ride your bicycle for half an hour. Use the stairs instead of the elevator! Moving your body is key to weight loss; it will boost your energy and make you feel healthier!
