That maybe one reason why many thin and skinny guys badly wants to transform themselves into a strong and muscular man – the epitome of a true alpha male! However, a lot of the skinny guys do not know a thing or two on how to achieve just that. Most of them (the skinny dudes) like to think that lifting weights 24/7 is the only way to go in terms of how to bulk up fast. Well, weight training is really the road that you need to take if you want to succeed in transforming your body, but lifting weights alone would not suffice. There is this one thing that you also need to put much emphasis on if you really want to find out how skinny guys can gain muscles and that is your eating habits.

The very first step that you need to take in order for you to start building muscle mass is for you to calculate the quantity of calories that you need to take in and what are the right foods you need to eat which will provide your body with that much needed caloric supply. To start off, start adding about three-hundred to five-hundred calories into your daily intake and if you do not see any improvement in your body, add another three-hundred to five-hundred until you see some gains.

Then again, you need to be very careful when it comes to choosing your foods because there are some out there that can help you gain muscles, but there are also others which can make you put on fat. In order to gain muscle mass, you are required to consume around twenty to fifty percent of protein in your everyday meal. Protein is essential since it is responsible for the rebuilding and repair of your damaged muscle tissues. Carbohydrates are also important and you should consume about thirty to sixty percent of carbs to provide your body with the regular supply of energy. Fats and fiber are also vital. Consume about twenty to thirty percent of fats and ten percent of fiber.
