The Pain Shoulder Blade Motion Causes

The pain shoulder blade gives can be caused by the motion abilities of the shoulder. The shoulder is a ball and socket joint that has a wide range of motion. The combination of joints, tendons, and muscles allow a lot of movement. The motion abilities, however, can cause pain. The makeup of shoulder joints makes it vulnerable to pain and injury. It is the most moveable joint in the body, but that movement and range of motion makes it more unstable and more prone to pain and injury. Pain that results might come only when one moves the shoulder, but it can also be painful all the time. Sometimes the pain is just temporary and will go away on its own with time if it is not strained. However, if the pain is persistent and does not cease one should see a doctor and might even have to have it fixed.
